As a public corporation, we are primarily active in the field of administration. We are looking for user-friendly inventory management software that meets the following requirements:

  • Management of all furnishings, technical equipment, and IT components (approx. 3,000 assets at three locations).
  • Due to a merger, the inventory lists need to be merged.
  • Future inventories are to be carried out using barcode scanners.
  • Contract management (maintenance, insurance, energy supply, and rental contracts, etc.).

We currently manage our inventory using Excel spreadsheets.

Approximately 8 workstations with different access rights are planned.
