We are an insurance company and are looking for a new facility management and room book software for our office buildings.
The following requirements should be met:
- System requirements per room
- m² specification of all rooms
- Entry of the room number
- Input of floor
- Change or ability to change (e.g. flexibility of walls, doors)
- Entry of new furniture
- Process drawings in DWG and DXF format
- Display and printout in various scales
- Layer display
- Furnishing planning
- Drag and drop functions
- Database-based
- Furniture inventory database
- Employee database
- Drawing functions (own changes in the basics should be possible)
- Partial printout of drawing areas must be possible
We also have the following system requirements:
- Must fit into the WTS (Windows Terminal Server) environment
- Must not take up too much of our IT resources/capacity
- System should be able to grow with us
- Integration of all locations
- It should be possible to add a new building with approx. 6,000 m²
- Transfer of existing data from the old system
We do not require monitoring of
- Heating
- Lamps, illuminants
- Fire detectors, etc.
