We are an insurance company and are looking for a new facility management and room book software for our office buildings.

The following requirements should be met:

  • System requirements per room
    • m² specification of all rooms
    • Entry of the room number
    • Input of floor
    • Change or ability to change (e.g. flexibility of walls, doors)
    • Entry of new furniture
  • Process drawings in DWG and DXF format
  • Display and printout in various scales
  • Layer display
  • Furnishing planning
