Insurance agency seeks insurance software (as a portal solution)

We are an insurance agency in southern Germany and are looking for insurance software (as a portal solution). The software should be geared toward corporate customers. We serve customers with vehicle fleets (e.g., freight forwarders, mechanical engineering companies) across all industries.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Software for brokers
• Fleet tool with claims service
• Separate customer access via customer portal
• The policyholder can independently submit a claim to the insurance broker or insurer
• The customer can also send attachments (e.g., PDF of insurance contract or accident report, photos, etc.)
• The customer can also see the processing status of claims (claims processing)
• Portfolio overview
• Compatible with Windows and, if possible, also with macOS
• Preferably a web-based solution

Three to five software workstations are planned. Our customers generally work with MS Windows systems; we work with Apple systems.
