We are an internationally active, renowned industrial service provider and are looking for insurance software for use within our group of companies. It will be used for communication and processing of business cases in many areas, such as property, public liability, and accident insurance for buildings, vehicles, or personnel, for example. The software will then be used by two employees in our internal insurance department. These employees also work partly as brokers.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Master data management
  • Create insurance policies
  • Record insurance sums
  • Create claims
  • Evaluate premiums and claims
  • Selections
  • Claims settlement
  • Information output at the touch of a button would be desirable, e.g., claims analysis (cause)
  • Document and contract management
  • Broker functions?
  • Reports
  • Statistics
  • Interface to the existing SAP ERP system
  • Interface to MS Excel would be desirable
  • Suitable for home office
  • On-premises or web-based

Two software workstations are planned. The work will be carried out using MS Windows systems.
