Industrial service provider seeks ERP software

We are a small industrial service provider based in southern Germany and are looking for an ERP system (merchandise management + financial accounting) with an interface to order processing and CRM. We provide industrial services that are performed by service technicians on site at the customer's premises.

The system should meet the following requirements:

• Merchandise management
• Financial accounting (with electronic invoicing)
• Order processing
• Create orders and plan them for employees
• Send them to employees for completion on their mobile devices (iPad)
• Create digital delivery notes there
• Including time recording
• Create digital delivery notes, send them back to the system for checking and transfer to accounting.
• CRM
• Plan customer contacts for employees and send them to their mobile devices
• Document results and add to contact history.
• Appointment management
• Cloud-based
• Possibly only via app
• Not too large a solution, i.e., with too many functions.

Windows computers are used.

Approximately five software workstations are planned, two of which will have full access to all functions and three for service technicians via mobile devices.
