We are a chemical industry company and are looking for a programme to manage our maintenance activities as part of an upcoming insourcing of these activities.
The maintenance programme should meet the following requirements:
- Recording of all machines and units (e.g. containers, air conditioning and ventilation technology)
- The activities can be stored with additional information, respective dates, intervals, etc., and the upcoming activities can be displayed for each day/week
- The consideration of higher-level criteria, e.g. building, floor, should support the optimisation of walking distances
- Integrated documentation of maintenance activities, including recording of feedback, should be possible via easily formatted reports, lists, graphics, etc.
- It must be suitable for the purposes of a small location.
- Simple operation and intuitive
- Optional linking to mobile devices is interesting
- Data transfer to and from MS Excel is desirable
The existing SQL database should be retained.
One to two software workstations are planned.
