Independent provider of child and youth welfare services seeks client management and accounting software

We are an independent provider of child and youth welfare services and are looking for a comprehensive software solution for client management for all types of facilities in the fields of disability and youth welfare, daycare centers, counseling centers, and specialist services. It must also be possible to bill outpatient and inpatient services.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Accessible from anywhere for all user accounts
• GDPR compliant
• Encrypted data storage
• Smooth invoicing process
• Option to independently change clients' personal data (address, postal code, city, telephone numbers, email address) - not a requirement
• Certified interfaces
• for financial accounting
• for cost accounting
• for online factoring
• for electronic direct debits
• for data transfer in accordance with specific German law

Approximately 300 software workstations are initially required.
