We are a small hotel and are looking for software for accounting, financial management, and cost center accounting.
The solution should meet the following requirements:
- Enter products with prices and descriptions and assign them to cost centers
- Enter sales figures
- Automatically import and process delivery notes so that new or existing products are automatically entered with their respective quantities
- The ability to integrate inventory management to identify shrinkage (inventory lists)
- Ideally, the ability to load and process data from existing hotel software as well as from MS Excel
- Windows-compatible
We anticipate 1–2 software workstations.
