Our hair salons are part of a chain. We are looking for a digital booking tool that can also be used online.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Appointment scheduling (in-store and online)
  • Customer profiles
  • Mailings
  • Appointment reminders
  • Telephony, caller ID
  • Calendar function
  • Reports, statistics
  • Search functions
  • Data protection, security
  • Fast transaction times
  • Tablet-compatible
  • Open and expandable system
  • Interface to SAP (customer master data)
  • No cash register function

We have our own IT department, and further questions regarding interfaces need to be clarified there. The future salon software must be compatible with other systems within the company. All of this must be clarified with the software provider.

Approximately 8 software workstations are planned across a total of three locations.
