Group practice seeks practice software for general practitioners

We are a group practice (general practitioners) with currently 3 doctors and 8 rooms and are looking for practice management software to help us cope with our daily tasks and challenges.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Multiple doctors and locations, i.e., work on one server from different locations
• Good scheduler (with a good vacation planner and room planner, as well as customization options)
• DMP (disease management program)
• Family doctor-centered care (very important!)
• Online billing
• Telematics
• Intuitive interface
• Stability
• Blank printing
• MS Windows, existing devices should be integrated
• Should also support older hardware (computers)
• On-premises or web-based
• Good support from the provider (e.g., low-cost or free hotline)

There are 14 to 20 software workstations planned.
