We are looking for enterprise resource planning software for our construction company’s gravel plant.
The following requirements must be met:
- Scheduling of personnel and machinery – comparison of planned vs. actual
- Scheduling of subcontractors (excavators, trucks, metalworking shops, and other tradespeople/service providers) – comparison of planned vs. actual
- Summary reports on the above two points
- Integration of camera data (every entry and exit to and from the plant) and integration of charts from the transmission of conveyor belt scale data (tons of gravel per hour) to monitor performance and compliance
- Work planning and monitoring: Who is doing what, when, and where next week? Target vs. actual comparison.
- Is the work prepared, and what unplanned events have occurred? What disruptions have occurred?
- Consolidating information into a reporting system:
- Scheduled deployment data
- Planned performance
- Production volumes
- Technical and quality issues
- Customer feedback/complaints/requests
- Camera images (Who enters/leaves the plants and when?)
- Performance data from the existing gravel plant
- Simple and clear
For now, 2–4 software workstations are planned.
