German trade fair company seeks maintenance or facility management

We are a German trade fair company and are looking for software for maintenance or building management. Fire doors at the trade fair have to be checked annually, and we estimate that there are between 500 and 1000 doors.

The program's tasks would include, for example:

• Working through a checklist
• Recording doors using a barcode or other recording system
• Recording the technical data for each door
• Adding images of damage to each door
• Creating technical documentation for each door
• Summarizing defects
• Displaying floor plans with doors and door numbers marked

Approximately 3-4 workstations are planned.

It should be possible to work on the doors using a tablet PC running the program.
