Freight forwarder seeks simple solution for transport orders

We are a service provider in the transport and logistics sector and are looking for a simple, cost-effective solution for our transport orders.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Real-time GPS tracking via app or interface to our current telematics solution
• Customer management: opening hours, etc.
• Create and manage orders
• Use our own letterhead to create freight orders, delivery notes, etc.
• App for drivers (send orders, communication, images, damage)
• Store delivery notes and archive orders, including delivery notes
• Calendar and daily overviews of tours or orders
• Possibly pallet accounts
• Simple user interface
• Possibly web-based
• Billing not essential; we currently use separate software for our accounting, so there should possibly be an interface to enable orders to be billed neatly and easily

Two, maximum three software workstations are required, plus four to five drivers who will use the app.
