Freight forwarder seeks freight forwarding software

We are a small, traditional freight forwarding company that is solely responsible for administrative dispatching and are looking for freight forwarding software. No fleet – no direct involvement – no route planning. Our order volume comprises up to 200 individual items or shipments per month.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Order entry and management, international transport
• Document creation
• International transport billing
• Statistics, shipping log, cost recording (planned costs)
• Financial accounting interface (does not have to be bidirectional)
• Forms and documents should be customizable
• Empties management
• Small warehouse management, if necessary
• Deadline monitoring
• Individual rate management
• Calculation
• Customer management
• Local installation preferred; cloud solution not ruled out

Two to a maximum of five software workstations are currently required.
