Freelance teacher seeks scheduling software

I am a freelance teacher in adult education and am booked by educational institutions for teaching assignments lasting three to nine months.

I have to teach specific topics and course content within a certain time frame. The problem here is that teaching days and times often change. An old project planning software has helped with this so far.

However, I would now like an upgrade. In addition to normal scheduling, I would like to be able to enter my standard notes, tasks, and to-dos in the software. These should then “move along” with any changes to the schedule. I would like to synchronize all of this regularly with my Google Calendar so that I can plan more easily and clearly, at least on a weekly basis.

For the planning software I am looking for, one software workstation is planned for the time being.
