We are looking for management software for our city's professional and volunteer fire departments.

The software should meet the following requirements:

  • Personnel management for the professional fire department (approx. 300 employees)
  • Member management for the volunteer fire department (approx. 250 members)
  • Fleet management with defect reporting system:
    • Overview of vehicles and vehicle data
    • Overview and availability of vehicle documents (loading lists, etc.)
    • Monitoring of dates and deadlines with reminder function
    • Vehicle history, damage records, and defect lists
    • Repair overview
    • Authorization-controlled viewing and editing
    • Reservation module for pool vehicles, for example (can be entered as an appointment)
    • Evaluation of individual defects – statistics generation
    • Evaluation of downtime for individual vehicles or vehicle groups
    • Display of intervals and depreciation – with reminder function
    • Notification if vehicles have not been repaired within a specified period
    • Notifications only via EDP – notifications are not lost en route
    • Subsequent entry must be possible in the event of an EDP failure
    • All stations must be able to send notifications – keyword: rescue station and aid organizations
    • Documentation – who, when, what...
    • Control of access authorizations by admin
    • Possible fuel management and logbook
    • It must be possible to change the location of vehicles
    • Display as stations with available vehicles or as license plate or vehicle group with reference to location
    • Search function with filter function by license plate, vehicle type, location, year of manufacture, or depreciation, etc.

If possible, we are looking for software for all areas or software that can be linked to other software.

Depending on the design and possibilities, 20 to 40 software workstations will be required.
