We are a property management company and are looking for a modular complete or industry solution. Our range of services includes the management of approximately 2,000 properties (residential buildings, commercial properties). We manage approximately 50,000 residential units. The focus of our services is on waste management (approximately 5,000 containers per day in 5 federal states). In addition, we sometimes provide other services such as maintenance cleaning or garden maintenance, as well as small occasional manual tasks.

We have the following requirements for the database-driven software:
