Facilities management seeks CAFM software (computer-aided facility management)

We are a janitorial service in southern Germany and are looking for CAFM (computer-aided facility management) software. Our range of services includes the management of around 90 properties (mainly residential buildings, with a few commercial properties). We manage between 1,700 and 1,800 residential units.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Management of the customer base (e.g., property management companies)
• Property management (reports, recording of special features, characteristics of properties)
• Assignment of employees to customers and properties
• Creation of quotes
• Creation of invoices, including verification
• Recording of interval work
• Accounting (transfer to tax advisors)
• Store employees with payroll accounting (also for the tax advisor)
• Caretakers with extension to building management and administration
• Support for mobile devices (Android, iOS)
• Windows compatible

Approximately 15 software workstations (including access to mobile devices) are planned.
