We are an international trading and export company and would like to invest in new ERP software. The software should be able to map our core processes and possibly be programmed in Java or dot.net. In detail, we have the following requirements:

  • When creating an invoice, individual items with the article number should be included in the invoice
  • Creation of invoices that are also intended for German companies
  • Automatic generation of an order number for a new order
  • For orders on a commission basis, the software should make additional entries as a reminder of the commission due date, for projects only after completion
  • Reminders when bank guarantees are due and expire
  • It should be possible to mark special cases and special discounts
  • The individual steps in the order chain such as order date -> order confirmation date -> delivery to us -> loading date -> shipping information and arrival of the goods should be recognizable in the system (what is the current status in the chain)
  • Uniform article/spare parts maintenance, no double entries of the same article
  • A list should be generated for a search term in which all documents appear in which this search term appears
  • CRM module
  • Accessibility from “outside” to the software
  • Tools for strategic alignment (keyword: cost calculation, sales planning, etc.) for company management
  • Export/import functions from and to other programs such as Excel, Outlook, etc. must be available

We are looking for a provider who should preferably have industry experience. Good availability and quality of the hotline and training is important.

The software should run on approx. 25 workstations (approx. 20 with desktop and approx. 5 with notebook).
