Event service seeks event management

We operate an event service with several large events each year, such as folk festivals and city festivals (>100,000 visitors), and approximately 70 weddings and company parties. In addition, we also rent out equipment for various events. We are looking for software that supports us in planning our activities.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Planning the setup of festival tents, exhibition halls, company buildings, and halls; also taking catering areas into account
• Power planning
• Water and wastewater planning
• Stand management
• Quantity management of event equipment
• Warehouse management
• If necessary, also quotations and invoicing (in which case a DATEV interface is also required)

One to two software workstations are required.
