Event organizer (event agency) seeks event management or project management software

We are an event agency based in southern Germany and are looking for event management or project management software for approximately 200 events per year (balls, concerts, open-air events, etc.).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Address management
• Project management
• Billing (invoicing) would be desirable
• Budget
• Calendar
• Email tool
• Migration or data transfer from legacy systems (a CRM/address management system, MS Excel)
• Possible connection to CTS (ticket management)

We work in an MS Windows environment. We are currently switching our IT infrastructure from a LAN (with desktop PCs) to cloud-based stand-alone systems and notebooks.

Approximately seven software workstations are planned.
