ERP system sought for a manufacturing and trading company (electrical engineering)

We are a system house providing corporate support in the areas of IT technology, commercial applications, and security. We are looking for an ERP system for a customer in the field of electrical engineering production and trade. Our customer purchases electronic components and uses them to manufacture new products in small series of approx. 10-50 devices at a time.

The software must meet the following requirements:

• Ordering (e.g., generating order proposals, managing orders for goods for service providers, if applicable)
• Production (e.g., generating production orders, demand planning)

• Production planning
• Device management, device history (complaints, defects, repairs)
• Article management
• Management of serial numbers and test reports
• Long texts for articles
• Complaint management (article tracking)
• Warehouse management
• Blocked stock (goods are no longer available despite being in stock in demand planning)
• Support for 2D scanning and barcodes
• Picking
• Financial accounting
• Foreign currencies (Euro, US dollar)
• Document management
• Quality management
• Incoming invoice verification
• DATEV (digitizing documents, booking interface)
• We are looking for a modern on-premises or cloud solution.

Approximately 20 software workstations are required.
