We are an engineering firm (construction, plant engineering, environmental technology) and would like to improve the workflow in our office. Furthermore, we deal with very few or hardly any HOAI orders, but rather with many special tasks. For this purpose, we are looking for a new software solution.
It should meet the following requirements:
Note: We have a classic Explorer file structure, which has been maintained for 20 years and ensures that files are easy to find. Emails are stored in the same structure using ScanView. This should continue to be the case. We currently use database-based software (based on MS Access) that was created for us.
We are planning 20-22 software workstations.
