Educational institution seeks seminar and participant management

We are looking for a web- or cloud-based seminar and participant management system for our small educational institution (consulting and continuing education).

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Booking and organizational processing (communication by email, automatic booking confirmation, etc.) of our training courses and events.
• Courses are mainly booked via our homepages (at least three different websites, due to subsidiaries).
• A uniform and appealing form or booking system should be embedded everywhere.
• The software must be linked to our existing CRM and accounting tool, API interfaces.
• In addition, templates, etc. in the corporate design for participant certificates, confirmation emails, etc. should be able to be stored.
• The software should run on a web- or cloud-based platform.

We are planning 2-5 software workstations.
