We are a nationwide educational institution for training, further education, and continuing education in a specific area of the service industry and are looking for school administration software.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Address management
• Room management
• Timetabling
• Course management
• Lecturer management
• Practical deployment planning
• Distribution plan for teaching content (make double bookings of lecturers visible)
• Absence tracking
• Report card creation
• Grade database
• Invoicing
• Direct mailing
• Bulk mailing
• Digital document storage (application documents, etc.)
• Interface for data transfer from the previous school administration software (database in MS Access format)
• Interface for data transfer to the accounting software
• Server-based solution preferred, web-based but not excluded

Two to three software workstations are planned.
