District administrative authority seeks fleet management

We are looking for administrative software for central fleet management for our district administrative authority.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Central appointment management for all vehicles (currently approx. 50), including bookings and maintenance appointments
• Booking of individual vehicles by colleagues
• Central management of driver's license checks
• Fuel management
• Contract management (leasing contracts)
• Insurance management
• Windows-compatible

Three to four workstations are planned. In addition, approximately 300 employees should have the option of booking vehicles.
