Dental clinic seeks time tracking software

We are looking for modern, innovative time tracking software for our dental clinic based in another European country with additional small practices.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Recording of working hours, absences, and vacation days
• Ability to track absences for work-related reasons (e.g., business trips, errands) and personal reasons (e.g., illness, vacation) as well as working from home
• Time documentation
• “Modern” analyses
• Transparency for the respective colleague, if necessary
• Alerts for supervisors
• Recording without tokens, if necessary (e.g., fingerprint, facial recognition)
• Provision of hardware (e.g., terminals), if necessary
• Transfer to Navision possible
• Role concept
• Web-based solution, accessible for all locations
• Multilingual, German and English
• Easy to use

The price-performance ratio is very important to us.

The software should record the working hours of initially approx. 200 employees, and approx. 500 employees in the medium term. Administrator rights are required for human resources (2), accounting (3), and management (4).
