Dental clinic seeks practice management software

We are an outpatient dental clinic based in another European country with three additional small practices. The central clinic is growing rapidly, and the small practices will also see further growth. We are looking for practice management software to optimize our workflows.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• The software should map the entire patient journey through the clinic:
• from arrival at reception to
• preliminary examinations (oral scan, X-ray, CT),
• treatment planning,
• consultation,
• contract negotiation and conclusion,
• treatments,
• final (doctor's) consultation,
• initial and final payment,
• to check-out from the clinic or smaller clinics or practices (outpatient treatments last approx. 5-10 days).
• Rights and roles concept
• If necessary, interaction with a special (AI-tuned) scheduling system, if not included
• Interfaces to existing systems are essential
• Web-based solution, accessible from all locations
• Multilingual, German and English
• Easy to use

Initially, approximately 200 software workstations are planned, with the possibility of significantly more (up to 500) later on.
