Craft business with real estate portfolio seeks property management

We are a craft business with real estate holdings and are looking for a property management system for the temporary rental of approximately 130 furnished residential units spread across five buildings.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Document management for rental agreements and subsequent free documents
• Management of contract terms (usually between 3 months and 2 years) with clear presentation due to high turnover rates
• Open item management of “warm rents” with access to various bank accounts (automatic account reconciliation)
• Management of rental deposits (payment, repayment date, repayment)
• Windows-compatible
• Local installation

Three software workstations are required.
