We are a craft business with real estate holdings and are looking for a property management system for the temporary rental of approximately 130 furnished residential units spread across five buildings.

We have the following requirements for the software:

Document management for rental agreements and subsequent free documents
Management of contract terms (usually between 3 months and 2 years) with clear presentation due to high turnover rates
Open item management of “warm rents” with access to various bank accounts (automatic account reconciliation)
Management of rental deposits (payment, repayment date, repayment)
Windows-compatible
Local installation
