We are a young company operating in the cosmetics and medical products sector. We have active ingredients and products manufactured on a contract basis. We sell these active ingredients and products in both the B2C and B2B markets. We currently use a CRM system to manage our customers and orders. However, we are quickly realizing that as our customer base and order volume grow, this CRM system no longer fully meets our needs and we require additional support. We are therefore looking for software that will assist us in managing information related to the manufacture and traceability of active ingredients and cosmetics.
We have the following requirements for this:
Approximately 10 software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in an MS Windows system environment.
