I am acting as an external consultant and am looking for an ERP system for a technical company in southern Germany that operates in the wholesale sector (B2B). The trading company sells products in the cable and cable fastening segment.

The software must meet the following requirements:

  • CRM
  • Article management
  • Warehouse management, multi-warehouse capable
  • Invoicing
    • Quotes
    • Orders
    • Delivery notes
    • Invoices
  • Framework orders
  • Ordering, purchasing
  • Optional financial accounting
  • Multilingual (interfaces in German, Spanish, English, French, and Italian)
  • Local or web-based

Fifteen software workstations are required. Currently, the company is working in an old MS Windows system environment.
