We are a consulting firm (in the process of being established) that advises commercial clients and private households on operating costs, utility bills, and household expenses. This includes, for example, financial services, advice on legislative changes, financial planning, and price comparisons between different providers (e.g., electricity, telephone, heating). For our operations, we are looking for comprehensive software with the following requirements:
- Customer management / CRM
- Commission billing
- Field service, with offline data entry at the customer’s location and at the office. If an internet connection is available, the data should be synchronized and transferred to the database.
- When entering data, approximately 14–15 categories should be considered, e.g., electricity, landline, mobile, heating, insurance
- Each category requires specific fields; for example, the following information is needed for an electricity comparison:
- ZIP code
- Annual electricity consumption
- Current provider
- Tariff used
- Clear, user-friendly interface, ideally in the form of tiles
- Each category should be editable separately
- Select, edit, and mark categories as completed so nothing is forgotten
- Customer data is required in every category; ideally, data entered once should be automatically transferred to each category
- Data analysis
- Create quotes on various platforms
- Generate analyses that include, for example, the customer’s goals, preferences, and risk tolerance
- Summary: identify where savings are possible; compare proposals with one another (price/performance)
- The company handles necessary or desired changes on behalf of the customer
- A modular design or open structure would be optimal
- Capable of operating both online and offline
- Interfaces, for example, to Datev, Softfair, Mr. Money, FiVe, or Nafi
