Commercial software needed for an advertising company (retail and publishing)

Our company (retail and publishing) is looking for new software that will make our daily commercial work easier.

We are aware of the following requirements:

• Management of customer master data (at least 20 delivery addresses should be possible)
• Making phone calls from the customer/supplier master data
• Order-related time recording (we carry out order-related typesetting and graphics work and would like to assign this directly to an order)
• Sending forms (e.g. delivery bill, invoice) from the program by e-mail
• The customer master should provide options for selection (by industry, by mailing campaigns, by Christmas campaigns, etc.)
• Interface to financial accounting, if not already available, can be retrofitted
• Online banking interface
• Network-compatible

The software should run on two commercial workstations and on two additional workstations for order-related time recording.
