Clinic seeks practice management software

We are a team of anesthesiologists who provide various surgical colleagues and their patients with a center for outpatient and inpatient surgery (approx. 8,000 surgeries per year), and we are looking for new practice software. More than 10 beds (approx. 2,000 overnight stays per year) are available for private patients.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Billing for outpatient surgeries (public health insurance)
• Billing for private patients (outpatient or inpatient)
• Self-payer billing
• Surgery schedule
• Interfaces to DATEV, financial accounting, laboratory
• Transfer of existing patient data
• Modular system is desirable; with the possibility of successive expansion
• Data storage on site in any case
• Windows-compatible

Approximately 15 software workstations are required.
