Our city administration is looking for a web-based kindergarten management system that enables collaboration between the city administration, kindergarten operators, and kindergartens via the Internet.
We do not operate our own daycare centers; we have third-party operators for the kindergartens. The operators draw up cost plans and settle the costs annually. Another issue is the allocation of kindergarten places, which is currently done in conferences using manual lists. It would make sense for the kindergarten operators to enter their planning and accounting data and for this data to be sent to the municipality in this way. Parents could register their children for kindergarten online, and these registrations would form a data pool, duplicate registrations would be detected, etc. If the software could also be used to map the characteristics of the respective daycare centers and generate a report, that would be great (a kind of manual that is updated by the providers).
The city administration, with its in-house network, needs five software workstations, plus additional software workstations for approximately seven providers with ten daycare centers.
