City administration seeks software for integration and care management

Our city administration is looking for software for integration and care management (prevention of homelessness, homeless people) for the social administration department.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Client files
• Ability to collect and store a wide range of personal data from housing applicants
• History documentation
• Archiving of documents
• It should be possible to send form letters to housing applicants
• Statistical analysis of data
• Presentation of analyses for senior management in diagrams, etc.
• Transfer of data from the Access file
• Windows-compatible

Approximately 4-5 software workstations are planned.
