City administration seeks daycare management software

We are looking for a future-oriented software solution for our city administration to manage our daycare centers.

The software should meet the following requirements in administration and daycare centers:

• Contract management
• Contribution billing including meal costs
• Statistics (nationwide, print lists)
• Day care
• Personnel management
• Multi-client capable
• Manage access rights

For the daycare centers:

• Child management
• Ideal: Duty roster
• Ideal: Media management (images)

Separate solutions for administration and daycare centers, with corresponding interfaces, would also be possible.

Four software workstations are planned for administration and eight for the daycare centers.
