Our city administration is looking for an appointment management system with online appointment scheduling, appointment management, and a call guidance system for public traffic in citizen services. The appointment management system with online appointment scheduling could also be adopted by other departments at a later date. The focus is on connection options to other specialized procedures, including naturalization and registration procedures, as well as the integration of appointment management into Microsoft Outlook and the synchronization of appointments with Exchange.
