Catholic Church educational center seeks seminar planning software

We operate an educational center run by the Catholic Church and are looking for software to plan and book the hotel and seminar center, including housekeeping, building services, kitchen, and dining room.

We have the following requirements for the software:

• Homepage data transfer of personal data upon registration -> but without automatic booking; this should continue to be decided or initiated manually
• Reporting and statistics with standard offerings are important
• Planning of annual program with individual and group bookings
• Subsequent invoicing and interface to accounting and direct debit procedures
• Information and planning for kitchen, cleaning, room furnishings
• Administration and billing of speakers
• Connection to DATEV
• Possibly with own cash book
• IT provider should be based in Germany
• Support via telephone should be possible
• Guest data and database must be migrated
• If possible, data transfer of event data and basic data (title, organizer, from/to, number of participants)

Nine full software workstations are planned, but at least six other people work with the software sporadically. We expect 12-13 licenses, but the final number still needs to be discussed.
