Cash register software for hairdressing wholesaler and hairdressing chain (approx. 145 salons) wanted

We are a major supplier of hairdressing supplies. In six of our own branch stores and three franchise stores, hairdressers can cover their needs directly on site. We currently have around 145 salons (and the number is rising) offering the usual services for men, women and children as well as care products for walk-in customers. The POS system in the stores is a POS from a major manufacturer, while we use POS software from a small Bavarian company for the salons. We would like to replace these two POS systems in the course of 2016.

The leading ERP system is SAP. The prices, articles, special promotions, etc. are transferred from SAP to the stores and salons every evening. From the salons come the turnover and sales and the so-called cabinet consumptions (color, setting lotion, etc., which are used in the services). It must be possible to process discount cards. As our employees can make purchases at a discount, it must be checked whether the employee cards are still valid (comparison with SAP).

It must be possible to generate an automated order for SAP from both the stores and the salons. The hardware is IBM cash registers with the WIN XP operating system. We have many special features in both the stores and the salons in the form of free gifts, free extras, etc.
