Building cleaner seeks industry software

We are a renowned medium-sized service provider with over 100 employees specializing in building cleaning and are therefore looking for new industry-specific software.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Specialized industry software for building cleaning
• Support for the following areas of activity: maintenance cleaning, glass cleaning, basic cleaning, construction cleaning, janitorial and winter services, economic services
• Clients are public, commercial, and private
• Includes in-house payroll program and transfer of costs to the appropriate cost center in the software
• Order management including quotation preparation, customer files with storable images, measurements, type of chemicals used in the property, regular cleaners, etc. for the property
• Management of multiple properties per customer
• Personnel planning and staff scheduling (PEP)
• Management of price increases
• Invoicing including selective sending of invoices by email
• OP lists
• Payment management
• Working with work orders
• Working with cost centers and accounts (further processing by our tax office, for which an optional financial accounting module is likely to be necessary)

Ideally, the software should include document management for legally compliant document archiving and key management.

Currently, 8 computer workstations are required.
