Bookseller seeks web-based subscription management system to provide to an industrial company

We are a bookstore and are looking for a web-based solution for one of our clients to manage their magazine and serial subscriptions (e.g., legal texts), and ideally also the books already in the company’s possession. We want to provide our client with subscription management at our expense. The client is an industrial company with multiple locations in Germany.

The purchasing manager in the central purchasing department needs a convenient overview of all subscriptions across the entire company.

The software should meet the following requirements:

• Overview of all subscriptions across the entire company
• Where (cost center, department, name, etc.) is each subscription active, since when, and when does it expire.
• Management of magazine and serial subscriptions (e.g., legal texts)
• Management of existing books
• Web-based (important!)
• Optional export of subscription overviews (e.g., Excel)

We plan to have 2–3 admin users and an unlimited number of reader accounts.
