Billing software needed for a neuropsychological and psychotherapeutic practice

We run a neuropsychology practice as well as a psychotherapy practice and are looking for billing software. The software should be designed for the healthcare sector and also be able to bill using the reimbursement procedure.

Further requirements are

• Appointment scheduling, from which invoices can be created directly
• Ideally, only the name of the patient is selected and the program pulls all appointments and then creates an invoice
• Create different hourly rates depending on the patient
• Reminders, reminders

Direct billing with the Association of Statutory Health Insurance Physicians would be an additional plus point.

Initially, only one workstation is planned.
