We are looking for a new ERP system for our coating center.
We have the following requirements for the software:
- Quotations
- Order processing (order entry, order confirmation)
- e.g., adding or deleting items, changing quantities, including on invoices
- Storing customer-specific prices, such as transport costs, etc.
- Prices that are stored should of course also be transferred to the invoices
- Automatic recognition of whether orders with the same order number have already been entered
- Delivery notes
- Subsequent processing (changing quantities, deleting and adding items)
- Creation of partial delivery notes and correct display of the remaining quantity
- Invoices (should also be able to be sent electronically)
- Open items (with display of invoices and credit notes – display actual open amount)
- Printout of customer-specific evaluations, including, for example, new customer evaluations
- Search functions (search by terms or item numbers)
- Change of printer settings
- Sending of current customer information
- Option to filter which customers generated sales in 2019, for example
- Storage of drawings (for the respective item)
- Changeable font sizes
- Saving of editing texts
- Time recording
- DATEV interface must be available
- Windows compatible
Seven software workstations are required.
