Automotive supplier (single-item production, small-batch production in the injection molding sector) seeks ERP system for approx. 70 users

Our company is part of an international group, supplies the automotive industry, and operates both one-off production and small series production in the injection molding sector. We are looking for ERP software that can also map the MES level.

Essentially, the following areas should be covered:

• Purchasing, sales
• Warehousing
• Production (PPS, IPS)
• Individual production (model and mold making)
• Small series production in the injection molding sector
• MES (MDE, BDE), various machines such as MECO, DECKEL – milling machines, injection molding machines, etc. (some of the machines are older and are due to be replaced soon)
• Control station
• Planning, controlling
• Administration (human resources, financial accounting)
• Quality management (QM)
• Project management (individual production)

Sometimes we purchase parts from sister companies (large series) and sell them to the OEM. These processes should also be mapped, including (roughly) series production.

We are looking for an ERP provider who can also advise us and support us with the system implementation.

Approximately 70 software workstations are planned to work with the ERP.
