We are a large public authority in southern Germany with approximately 1,200 employees and are looking for exhibition management software that will help us lend out and manage our exhibition materials.

The solution should meet the following requirements:

  • Include a shop where internal users can select and order materials
  • Customer management and management of exhibition materials across at least three storage locations (throughout Bavaria)
  • Order processes should be handled via reservation confirmations, issue and return forms
  • Accounting is not necessary
  • Preferably web hosting (in PHP 7.0 programming language, MS IE 11, MS Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox browsers)

However, further requirements can only be clarified in direct consultation with the software manufacturer or provider! Further details must be discussed with the responsible data center of the Free State of Bavaria!

An internal shop including warehouse management already exists, but must be abandoned or recreated for programming reasons!

Up to five software workstations are planned. Work will be carried out in a Linux system environment.
