Austrian management consultant seeks project management software

For my newly founded management consultancy in Austria, I am looking for project management software that also covers time tracking and invoicing in one program so that I can work efficiently.

Specifically, the following requirements must be met:

• Outlook synchronization (contacts, calendar, email correspondence)
• Mobile use (with iPhone) must be possible
• Offline availability of data
• Mind map (not a must, but should be available)
• Gantt chart must be included
• Dashboard (for one project and for multiple projects)
• Target/actual comparisons
• Reporting templates should be available
• Creation of quotes
• Invoicing
• Time tracking (the individual activities recorded should be evaluable, even across multiple projects)
• Travel expense reporting
• For cloud solutions, data must be stored within the EU (including Switzerland) (GDPR-compliant)
• Accounting and inventory management are not necessary
• Windows-compatible

Initially, one software workstation is planned for the company founder, with the option of expanding to 3-5 workstations later if necessary.
