Austrian candle manufacturer seeks route planning

We are a candle manufacturer with our own delivery service within Austria and are looking for a tool that collects open orders and compiles optimal routes for five delivery vehicles in use. Invoices, delivery notes, etc. do not need to be created - it is purely about route planning and optimization. Order data could possibly be imported via MS Excel.

Furthermore, the following would also be very interesting for us when planning our tours:

• Recognizing or calling up existing customers who are near the destination or near the route being driven. Example: A customer from Salzburg orders 10 boxes of candles, deliverable within a week. Now, all existing customers located near Salzburg and customers located along the route should be displayed. Then, if necessary, an appointment should be made by telephone with the relevant customers.

Two software workstations are required. Currently, Windows systems are used, but a switch to macOS is conceivable.
