We are an architecture firm with 15 employees and are looking for time tracking software with project support and project controlling.
Employees should be able to enter their daily working hours from their PC hands-free (i.e., not from – to, but with a flat-rate entry, e.g., “8.25 hours”). It should be possible to assign working hours to different projects and to different service phases within projects. For example, employee XX on January 1, 2016: 3.0 hours for project A, service phase 1; 2.75 hours for project A, service phase 2; 3.5 hours for project B without service phase breakdown.
The following requirements apply:
The labor costs per project and project performance phase should be accessible at any time via a flat-rate employee hourly rate per employee. It should be possible to compare and evaluate the labor costs with the available fees for projects and project phases, including in graphical form.
Fifteen workstations are planned.
