Alternative practitioner seeks solution for mobile documentation of findings and billing

We specialise in therapies, physiotherapy and nursing care and are looking for software for documenting findings with billing in private practice.

The following requirements should be met:

• Documentation of findings with clear images, e.g. musculoskeletal system
• Invoicing for physiotherapy with billing according to subsidy rates
• Invoicing for alternative practitioners (GebüH) with stored insurance rates

A mobile device should be used to make and document home visits. It should then be connected to the printer in the practice so that invoices can be printed out. The data should also be transferable to another hard drive or, for example, a USB stick. The data, e.g. patient data, must be archived for at least 3 years.

This is a software workstation. In addition to the software, we also need the hardware (2 mobile devices including software) – purchase or lease.
